Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The exchange request is made within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Customized or made-to-order outfits.
Items damaged due to improper handling or use.Minor variations in color, embroidery, or design (as handcrafted pieces may have slight differences).

Provide your order number, issue details, and photos/videos of the product.
Exchange Process
Once your request is reviewed, we will confirm eligibility.
If approved, you must return the item within 2 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process an exchange or issue a store credit or refund your payments.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
We do not offer refunds—only exchanges or store credit where applicable.
International Orders
We offer international shipping and exchanges, but due to high shipping costs and customs regulations, the process differs:
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24hours with proof.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund depending on the situation.
